Okay, while this may seem silly- Candace is giving me new chances to try new foods. Today after church, she made me a grilled cheese... panini thing. She was standing there in the kitchen, sourdough bread- pepper-jack cheese, and a hint of pesto. I was surprised how much I liked it. The cheese was a little .... uh... spicy for my usual taste, so I dipped it in sour cream. Ha ha! Okay, not as gross as it might sound.
In any case, it was delicious and I owe Candace so much for the many cooking/ meal adventures we have been on.
