New Job Report

So, I started a new job a few weeks back and I really like it. There isn't a lot to do most days, which is new for me, but I do enjoy a little time to blog, tweet, and what not. I am meeting lots of interesting people who have a lot to share and give. It is great to be here and listen to their stories and lives. Another wonderful plus of my new job is the co-workers. I really like all the people I work with- all competent and happy workers. I get to work and want to do a good job for them. It is amazing how life gives you exactly what you need when its going to be taking something else away. --- On a side note, when I pulled up for the interview, it was this very warm feeling that this is where I was supposed to be. I wasn't sure after the interview if it was right- but it turns out that I should always listen to that little voice that pushes me to do what I should.

We had a "girls night" where we played games a few nights ago. It was the most fun I have had in weeks. I officially suck at Mario Kart and took last place on multiple attempts--- but Outdoor Adventure was so funny. There is the game with a mine shaft... let me just tell you while you feel like a retard, no body is watching you they are watching the screen. I enjoyed jump roping as Chuck Noris and watching other people try to glide though a tunnel on their butts. Classic moments! It was nice to get out of the house and enjoy a little female company... which doesn't include Cody (but he knows that). We all brought snacks, and I spaced till I was half way there. I decided to make a quick stop at the only store from there to the house... unfortunately it was a health food store. I walked in a thought it was weird that I didn't know any of the packages. Its okay, it is one of those things to laugh about later. But I found some Chocolate covered pretzels, and that worked out better than chips, cookies, or anything else I would have picked. All over it was a great night!

So that is pretty much my job. I am enjoying making new friends, learning new things, and becoming a new person. I am grateful for chances to grow and let life take me where I need to go. Sometimes it is hard, but I am grateful that my feet guided me to these doors- there is still so much to learn! I do love the new co-workers, I hope there are more fun times ahead.
